Cocktail Recipe - The Fairy Gin
The recipe that brings together Gin and Absinthe in the same glass and that surprises !
THE FAIRY GIN
Ingredients
20 ml of Absinthe
20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml White Lillet
20 ml elderflower liqueur
A dash of Gin Meridor
Mix all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice for about 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a touch of lemon.
