Add cubed ice to wine glass. Add London Garden, Dolin, Green Chartreuse, sugar syrup and salt. Stir down to ensure the salt is dissolved. Top with Soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.

A refreshing and complex cocktail where the gin balances beautifully with the sweet floral notes of the elderflower and is complimented by the tartness of the verjus and depth of Lillet. Perfect for summer sundowners.

Add cubed ice to highball glass. Build London Garden, elderflower cordial, Lillet and verjus over ice. Stir and top with Soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.

An alternative, vegetal & refreshing nod to a classic Tom Collins. Served long, this drink is the perfect citrus-led palate cleanser, with the celery giving added notes of subtle savoury complexity.

Muddle celery in shaker. Add London Garden, Lemon, sugar syrup and ice to shaker and shake hard until icy cold. Fine strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a thin stick of celery.

Light & citrusy, with a creamy texture from the egg white. The faint vegetal & floral notes from the pepper helps lift the overall aromatic notes of the Gin.

Muddle peppers in a shaker, add all other ingredients and dry shake to emulsify the egg white - before then shaking hard with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe & serve

Inspired by Dandelyan’s London Garden Gimlet, a feature on their iconic Modern Botany menu, this citrusy twist on a classic gimlet is a nod to the award winning bar where we were first listed. This recipe can be reinterpreted using any citrus fruits and is a great way to repurpose leftover citruses in the bar and reduce waste.
GLASS : Nick & Nora glass
INGREDIENTS
*Combine the zest of 3 limes and sugar in a bowl and muddle to extract oils into the mix. Then add Fresh Lime & Tonic, frequently stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Once dissolved, strain the mix to ensure no bits of zest remain. Store in a sealed jar or bottle in the fridge for up to one week.
METHOD
Add all ingredients, except for the soda, to a cocktail shaker and shake hard. Add soda water to a tall glass over ice then fine strain the rest of the cocktail into the glass and top with more soda if required. Garnish.

Rinse the flute with Ricard and discard excess liquid. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Fine strain into flute and top with Champagne.
