Tasting notes :
Nose: very fruity, with a nice sweet peach. It is reminiscent of a sweet white wine. The notes of stone and almond paste which follow reinforce the greediness and the mellowness.
Palate: The floral notes are gripping. Add to that a thick red fruit juice and cherry, and you have a mouthful of texture and consistency.
Finish: surprising combination of green apple and caramel
