Tasting notes:

Nose: elegant and very balanced, it reveals itself fine and smooth with notes of malted cereals, citrus (lemon) and licorice. On aeration, it reveals flax oil, flowers, clover and vanilla.

Mouth: soft and slightly creamy, it is faithful to the nose. Finely woody, it also reveals notes of almond and honey.

Finish : long, with a nice dry herbaceousness.

Additional information

Aged mainly in American bourbon oak barrels with a minor part of Spanish oak barrels containing sherry. You will discover a gourmet freshness and a vivacity on characteristic notes of vanilla and honey, underlined by a touch of spices.
