A nice cocktail to celebrate the lovers' day or his love for Gin ;) !
50ml of kirsch
30 white vermouth, such as Dolin
2 to 3 strokes of bitter Angostura
Lemon peel and cherry twists with maraschino to serve
Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add gin, kirsch, vermouth and bitters; shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two cups, garnish with lemon and cherry twists and serve.
