Spicy Tomato Gin & Tonic

Fresh cherry tomatoes give this refreshing cocktail a sweet taste!

Ingredients

• ½ cup cherry tomatoes, coarsely chopped
• 1 tablespoon of fresh dill 
• 1 spoon of meat seasoning
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
• a dash of Worcestershire sauce
• a dash of hot pepper sauce
• 2 tablespoons gin
• 1/4 cup of tonic
• of Ice Cubes
• Cucumber slices, chilli pepper and/or lime wedges

Steps

Rub the rim of a glass with the cut side of a tomato to moisten it and dip the rim in steak seasoning to coat it. Mix the tomatoes and dill in the glass with a wooden spoon. Stir in lime juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Add the gin, then the tonic and ice cubes. Garnish with cucumber, chilli and lime wedges.
